Communication: Students communicated in Nicenet conference, teachers kept very frequent email contact. Only 2 countries had possibility for audio or web conference and we decided not to use them at all, not to deprive the 3d country.

Skills: All schools had different skills to contribute for the work that became a good balance.
Texts were written by all countries equally since that had very specific information. As for pages, we did not create them individually and independently from each other.
All did parts of the work as technical, design and illustrative but there were things this or that country tended to do more and did it the best. American students had special talents with flash, music, animations. Mexican students were excellent with creating html pages, graphics, gif animations. Russian students are very good in drawing and preferred to make more illustrations for different site sections.

Topic
The topic was chosen and accepted within 3 first days. There were several ideas but the one they could satisfy all members appeared to be Folks Tales and Legends. We thought this topic would be interesting for every country to work on, as well as for wider world audience to read about. Besides, it would help us to share our cultures with each other. And what is important, the topic gave us a chance to create all materials ourselves, not using any other web sites.
The TEAM PAGE was created during the first days, first on other server, and then we moved it to the team space when we got it. There we posted all our students photos, texts, images we planned to use, later draft designs, tips for illustration each other tales.
Since the topic was chosen so quickly, we decided to start working on it immediately and learn about each other simultaneously. A bit later we decided to put all materials we share with each on the site.
